ThinkGeek successfully developed the TK-421 iPhone Case for the Apple’s iPhone 3Gs and iPhone 4 that will allow users to experience to type in solid flip-out QWERTY keypad.
The TK-421 iPhone Case works as a Bluetooth input device, this means that there are no alterations to the phone are required for the keyboard to work, although the TK-421 needed a little extra battery power to keep Bluetooth running. A magnetic clasp holds the keypad open or closed, the keypad itself is rechargeable and is boosted simply via USB cable.
ThinkGeek is offering separate models for the iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS, owing to the devices’ different sizes. However, due to its slower connectivity, the TK-421 is not available for the iPhone 3G or original iPhone.
The ThinkGeek TK-421 iPhone case will be available for $49.99, and shipping will start from November.
