It seems as though every week a new weight loss or diet plan is hitting the scene. While many hold the same principles, it is the little differences that will work for some and not for others. One of the big challenges in planning successful weight loss is choosing a suitable plan.

The “New Sonoma Diet” is a weight loss plan created by Dr. Connie Guttersen. This is a revised version of an original diet previously published. Rather than placing calorie restrictions on food consumption the diet presents a new way to think about limiting food intake.
Lose Weight Diet Plan
By focusing on how much one puts on his or her plate, this diet does not discourage enjoying food, rather just eating smaller portions. The diet is made up of 3 phases. The first phase is meant to stop certain food cravings, and the second is aimed at prompting weight loss. The third phase is used to teach one how to maintain that weight loss.
