Target And Amazon Starts Selling AppleiPad Tablet PC, Is Wal-Mart Next

After landing into the shelves of Target stores a week ago, the über-popular Apple’s tablet PC iPad is now on sale on Amazon.

Amazon has now officially started selling the 9.7 inch tablet PC, one of its toughest rivals in the portable media/tablet PC market, but as of now only the 32GB and the 64GB Wi-Fi iPad are available.

Amazon is selling the 32GB version of iPad for the regular $599 and the 64GB iPad for $699 with free Super Saver Shipping. The $499 iPad with 16GB is not yet on sale as well as the 3G iPad models.

Recently, Target has started to offer the iPad in stores yesterday. The iPad has also been available to purchase from Best Buy in all their stores.

On the other hand, Wal-Mart will offer the Apple iPad by the end of the year, according to Bloomberg Businessweek report.
