The R&B singer Rihanna is the latest celebrity to be immortalized in wax at Madame Tussauds in Washington D.C. In a photo posted on her official Twitter account, the ‘Umbrella” singer is seen kissing a waxy representation of herself.

The wax statue wearing a black lace corset, fitted jacket, tight pants, and black silk heels, which she wore to the French design house Balmain’s show last October. But what would a wax statue be without the accessories, adorned with a large glittering broach, sparkling diamond ring set in gold, diamond earrings, and a tennis bracelet, as well as Rihanna’s trademark blonde quiff.

A spokesperson for the museum has confirmed the singer got a sneak peek of the statue last week and gave her final approval saying she “absolutely loved” her replica.

As well as being excited about her wax statue, Rihanna is looking forward to releasing new music.

DJ Ryan Seacrest asked the 22-years old singer about its plans to release some new songs, Rihanna tweeted: “Soon! In less than 10 dayz ima send u sumn special, and ur gonna play it OVER and OVER, like I’m the only girl in the world (sic).”

Rihanna will now stand beside famous celebrities that has a wax counterpart, such as President Barack Obama, Jamie Foxx, Biggie Smalls, Beyonce Knowles, Tupac Shakur, Whoopi Goldberg, Martin Luther King Jr, and Denzel Washington.
