Paris Fashion Week: Louis Vuitton

FashioOne would think it difficult to have a fetish inspired fashion line without showing a lot of skin. Louis Vuitton did just that with his 2011 fall line which was debuted on the final day of fashion week in Paris. The show was organized and produced by designer Marc Jacobs who did a phenomenal job of directing the creative aspects of the show.

The outfits worn by models featured pant-less tops but somehow still appeared on the conservative side. With some models strutting down the catwalk with chauffeur hats and masks the uniquely sexy line of clothes featured lots of sheer fabrics paired with leather and lace.

The line features a variety of fabrics including jackets with a mixture of tweed, faux fur and leather. Many of the outfits were based off of the hourglass shape and showed dresses inspired by 1940’s fashion. Louis Vuitton succeeded in creating a fall line that was both classy and sexy.
