The warm atmosphere of the South Beach welcomes the Florida-based Norwegian Cruise Line’s new Norwegian Epic on her way to the Port of Miami. The Norwegian Epic seats up to 4,100 passengers and weighs more than 150,000 tons.

Norwegian Epic is the first cruise ship to have cabins for single passengers and it also has the largest spa at sea. The ship has special features made for kids and kids at heart; it features the largest slides for a seagoing water park as well as the most bowling lanes.
The casino within the Norwegian Epic is the largest among the company’s cruise ships. In addition to Blue Man Group, the ship features top class entertainment like Cirque Dreams and characters from the hit kids show Spongebob Squarepants. The sip also has 20 bars and restaurants, all serving dinner, where everyone can dine and relax.
Aside from being a high quality luxury vessel for the passengers, the Norwegian Epic figures to provide a major contribution to the economy in Miami. Recent estimation shows that the Epic has the capacity to bring more than 90,000 people to Miami International Airport, as well as over 300,000 people to the city annually.
