Harry Harry Potter Studio Tour Opening

There is more than just the Summer Olympics coming to London in 2012. Warner Brothers has recently announced that they will be debuting the Warner Bros Studio Tour: The Making of Harry Potter in March of 2012. This tour will give Potter fans world wide the chance to see where all the magic happened.

The Making of Harry Potter

The walking tour takes about three hours and will let you get the insight on things nobody has seen before. You will get to see some of the most famous scenes as well as some spectacular costumes that any Harry Potter fan will be able to recognize from the films.

Unlike some other tours, this one is only partially guided. That means you will get the benefit of a knowledgeable person giving you information you may not have gotten otherwise, as well as allowing you the freedom to explore at your leisure. There are many different things to explore on the tour, including plenty of interactive items and some that are for display only due to their uniqueness.

The studio is located about twenty miles outside of London making it easily accessible to any who wish to visit. This is a great day trip for those who are visiting the city, and if you choose to visit multiple times you are sure to find something new each time. There is a studio café located inside providing soups, sandwiches and entrees and two other locations that will provide coffees and other beverages, as well as a gift shop with a wide selection of souvenirs of your trip.

Tickets for the attraction will be going on sale in just five days on October 12th. Tickets are very affordable at only £28.00 for adults and £21.00 for children ages 5-15. Children under the age of 4 are free but still require tickets, and a family pack of four tickets will run you £83.00. You must reserve tickets in advance, as they will not be available at the door.
