Ladbrokes is pursuing its target to enhance and strengthen the position of its trading operation. As a vital step in pursing this goal, the British gambling operator has hired a new Trading Director, Andy Wright. Andy Wright came from BetClic Everest Group as he used to be its Sportsbook Director. He also worked as the Trading director of the same gambling operator. Well before that, he was Stan James’ Managing Director. At Stan James, he was the person responsible for the introduction of the new automatic trading technologies.
Andy Wright is going to directly report to the Chief Exec of Ladbrokes, Richard Glynn. He will also oversee a new program that has started to be used at the company that uses automatic technology feeds and pricing in order to increase the existing range of markets. According to Andy Wright, Ladbrokes has witnessed great progress in its refurbishing program and that he is looking forward to be a part of this and to work side by side with Ladbrokes’ trading team in order to enhance the position of the company.
Ladbrokes also stated that it has hired Tony Robinson in the Trading Strategy Director position as they are signing a new deal with Heron Solutions which is a trading technology company. This agreement will witness the development of various innovative solutions to enhance the company’s capabilities. Robinson has already worked with Andy Wright when they were both employed by Stan James and BluesSqaure.
