Justin Bieber, 16-years old Canadian teenage sensation, took the throne of Lady Gaga music video on YouTube. His music video “Baby” is the most-watched video ever on YouTube.
The pop star’s video passed by par Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” video to take the all-time lead. More than 246 million have viewed Bieber’s video on the Google Inc.-owned website. Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” has come into second place with 245 million views.
Justin Bieber was very happy and thanked all his fans for watching and making his video the most viewed on YouTube. Bieber tweeted a thank you to “Beliebers” and said the video’s success was “crazy.”
“What is goin on with the ‘Baby’ video on YouTube is crazy … I started on YouTube so the support … well I just need to say thank u.”
Justin Bieber’s video and Lady Gaga’s are battling for the first position briefly Friday, but as of late afternoon, Bieber was ahead by more than 600,000 views. Bieber described Lady Gaga as an incredible artist and h twitted:
“Someone just showed me and I just need to say that @ladygaga is an incredible artist who have great respect 4. And her vid is incredible … so it doesn’t matter who has more views, what matters is that we have incredible fans that support us … that I’m sure we are both grateful 4.”
The most-watched clip on YouTube that isn’t a music video is the popular “Charlie bit my finger” viral video, which more than 210 million have watched.
