Spring and summer are considered wedding season, and with the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton upon us, many people are using her as a model example of how to be a good bride. The term bridezilla was coined to describe those who had to control every aspect of their wedding and would not accept anything else, usually in an unpleasant manner. In order not to become one of these monsters, psychologists have come up with a few ways to help the bride-to-be stay calm and stress free. One of the best ways is to simply stop and take a deep breath when you feel that you are losing control. Many brides turn to their fiancés and friends to help manage their stress. When it comes down to it, you just have to remember that things may go wrong, but remember what is important; you are marrying the man of your dreams.
