Facebook Jr. PredatorBook or National Child Registry?

weight loss diet plansFacebook founder Mark Zuckerburg has recently announced that he believes that his social networking site should be available to be used by kids under the age of thirteen, and that it can be educationally beneficial for that group. Currently Facebook has an age restriction only allowing users over the age of thirteen to create a profile, but many people have found ways around this barrier. While there are many security settings currently in place, parents will continually worry about online predators, and adding an even younger generation to the mix may cause more stress.  The young tycoon is hoping to turn the social networking site into an educational experience for kids,  He is hoping he will be able to convince others of his goals and make this dream a reality.  With recent hacks to Global networks like Sony, having a database of children thirteen and under could be a double edged sword.
