Explore 9/11 Photos App, Apples New App to Remind People About The Tragedy

Memorial & Museum has created and released an application on Apple App Store as a guide to understanding Sept. 11, 2001 World Trade Center bombing that causes thousand of innocent deaths through the eyes of who witnessed the events.

iTunes has come up with a brilliant app this year and provide a visual walk through on the 9/11 terrorist attacks to their costumers. The new iPhone app is packed with numerous and very informative details and images that do reveal a lot about how the attack on the twin towers took place. The app was launched on 26th August and the images featured in app were actually captured by the people who witnessed the incident and recorded it from close distance. The app is available to iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch users.

The free app, Explore 9/11, was specially designed to remind people about the tragedy, part of the mission of the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, a non-profit and held responsible for designing, managing fundraising activities, coordinating various programs, and managing all aspects of the memorial and museum operation that was built at the World Trade Center site.

Apple said that since the launched of the app it has been downloaded for more than 100,000 times.
